Oversaw the Organizational Change Management of multiple outsourcing initiatives for a North American retail giant. Led the Organizational Change Management of an organizational redesign initiative of a leading wealth management firm in which administrative shared services were remodelled to optimize sales among administrative resources. Initial resistance from branch leadership was palpable, with many viewing the initiative as unnecessary and disruptive. Through structured change planning, stakeholder engagement, and a targeted communications campaign across 25 high-performance brokerage branches, we built understanding and trust in the new model.
